Golden Gate KC Show at the Cow Palace. ARF member attendance has been so low at this show the past couple of years that for 2013 the ARF Board decided it did not make financial sense for the club to continue to sponsor Rottweiler events at this show.

2013 ARC National Specialty
  • April 13-21, 2013 - ARF is co-hosting the 2013 Nationals in Pomona, CA with Golden State Rottweiler Club.
  • April 20-21, 2013 - ARF is co-hosting the 2013 ARC National Sieger Show in Pomona, CA with GSRC.
  • Annual General Meeting is Postponed - Because ARF is co-hosting the 2013 ARC National Rottweiler Specialty, April 13-21, 2013, the 2013 Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting is postponed until May in Vallejo.

May 2013

    Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting. The agenda will include:

    • Election of Officers and Directors
    • Presentation of President's Trophy

Club Meetings

Regularly scheduled club meetings are held at the time and location of Rottweiler conformation shows around Northern California. Club meetings generally take place 15-30 minutes after the Rottweilers' BOB is selected, usually at a site near the show ring. If Rotties are scheduled to show after lunch, we may schedule the meetings to begin before show time.

Meeting Policies

ARF general meetings are open to members and others interested in the Rottweiler breed and our club's activities. Board meetings are open to all members unless the Board must close a meeting for an Executive Session to discuss confidential matters.

ARF Membership

ARF members are committed to the enjoyment, protection and improvement of the Rottweiler breed. If you share that interest, whether or not you currently own a Rottweiler, you are invited attend one of our meetings, meet some members and, if you like what you see, to apply for membership. You can request an a membership application from any ARF member or you can download an application from our web site.
